What Does My Thyroid Profile Report Indicate?

i my TSH is 0.14 my TFree 4 is my FSH is 79.2 my prolactin is 21.8 my luteinizing56.1 and T3 Free is 3.7 what does this all mean my doctor didnt really explain it to me. and i keep gainning weight i have gained 50 pounds in about for months i have fibromyalgia to. please help!!!

1. TSH value is depressed which suggests hyperthyroidism.
2. Free T3 is within normal range, Free T4 value is not specified
3. Since PL, FSH and LH are increased kindly consult a Gynecologist or Endocrinologist for better interpretation.
