What Does My Thyroid Test Report Indicate?

I just received my ratio of my Free T3 Value: 7.0pg/mL to My Reverse T3 Value: 20ng/dL My thyroid hormone ratio result is 0.0000. This is well below the healthy ratio of 2. What can be done for a 51 year old with PCOS who just recently came off birth control. I am on bio-identical progesterone cream aldactone for facial hair & metformin to lower testosterone. Because of my age they insisted I come off the birth control. That is when the weight started climbing after a weight loss of 50 pounds in 3 years. I am tired & pushing myself to exercise. I was walking 25-30 miles a week but now I can hardly get going. Should I be on medication as a result of this test? Please Help ! Sincerely, Diann
