General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, some autoimmune thyroid disorders may present with both hypo or hyper thyroid pictures. Thyroid antibodies, as well as thyroid scan alongside three monthly profile should be done and treatment should be adjusted based on fresh thyroid gland functions. Cold nodules should also be ruled out. A surgical review may also be needed.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
