Yes what does the following mean? multiple t2 hyperintense lesions in relation to the thyroid gland with apparent enlargement of the left lobe of the thyroid. It is really worrying me and I d like to get a good night sleep. I would really appreciate your assistance.... Thank you

The thyroid ultrasound with hyper-dense lesion involving left lobe indicate multi-nodular goiter most likely. If the symptoms and blood panel of thyroid function tests of T3, T4 and TSH are available further guidelines can be figured out accordingly.
