MRI SCAN OF BRAIN Clinical Profile: Speech delay and developmental delay- to rule out autism spectrum disorder. Decreased head circumference. Technique: MPR T1, FLAIR, TI & T2 Axial, T. Coronal, DWI, SWI, MRA, T2 SPACE, 3D FLAIR, ASL, MRS. Screening of spine No abnormal parenchymal DWI/SWI changes are noted in this study. Prominent VR spaces are seen. Non-specific focal FLAIR changes are noted in the bilateral frontal and parietal WM. Rest of the brain parenchyma is unremarkable. The ventricular system is normal in size and appearance. MRA: The visualised arteries show normal flow related signals ASL: No asymmetrical signal changes noted Screening of spine: Lumbarisation of S1 vertebra noted. The conus medullaris ends at upper border of L2 and the cauda equina is normal in appearance. No significant abnormality detected. IMPRESSION: No abnormal contributory parenchymal abnormality detected in this study Prominent VR spaces Non-specific bilateral supratentorial WM changes noted Spine screening is unremarkable MY SON AGE 2YEAR 11MONTH My son not understanding and speech What s a problem And how to treatment the problem
