What Does My Toddler’s Fecalysis Showing Few WBC And RBC Mean Given His Week Of Watery Stools?

Good day . This is the result of the fecalysis of my son he is 1 yr and 11 months now. He had watery stool for almost a week now. Sometime only little , sometime it is not that watery. But he is very active and drink he’s milk well. The result WBC 1-3 RBC. 2-3 No ova parasites seen.
