What Does My Trans Vaginal Scan Result Indicate?
Hi good afternoon doctors i just want to ask about the result of my tvs this morning it goes like this : the ovarie appear in size and echopattern the right measures 21x1.5x2.9 cm while the left measures 2.3x2.1x18 cm there is a 4.1x2.5x2.3 cm thin walled, anechoic cystic lession seen adherent and most likely arising from left ovary normal sized uterus within thin endometrium. Left ovarian cyst normal sonogram of right ovary please help and god bless doc!

Your findings suggests left ovarian simple cyst.Simple ovarian cyst generally only require follow up ultrasound.
You may need clinical evaluation and few investigations like tumour markers CA 125(it will exclude malignant causes) .
Simple ovarian cyst may require treatment if it cause symptoms,size increases or there is infection in the cyst.
Rest of the findings like uterus,endometrial thickness etc are normal.
