What Does My Transvaginal Scan Reports Indicate?

Hello can somebody help me to understand my transvaginal scan ? I did my scan but nobody explain me .. down in the image it s says 1 D 1.91cm 2 D 3.43cm 3 D 2.56cm 4 D 2.50cm 5 D 1.83cm I don t understand what this measurements mean ? Can someone help please

These are different measurements.
It may be an ovarian size.
It may be lesion size also.It is not mentioned specifically.
