What Does My Transvaginal Ultrasound Of The Pelvis Mean?

Hi can u help with this findings in my Transvaginal ultra sound of the pelvis; uterus is moderately enlarged and measures 8.1 by 11.2 by 11.3cm in depth with and length, respectively there are 2 subserosal, hypoechoic, solid cicumscribed, sessile masses.The dominant mass is 5 by 5.4 by 6.9 cm and the fundal region of the uterus on the right. the second largest mas is at the left body of the uterus and is 4.4 by 5.4 by 6.8cm there are in a few less than 2cm diameter hypoechoic solid intramural masses in the anterior body of uterus. The endometrial stripe is 8mm thick (normal). Sonographically, the endometrial cavity is empty there are numerous anterior and posterior nabothian cysts. The largest of the nabothian cysts is 8 by 16mm. Neither ovary is seen there is no ascites. reading;Enlarged uterus due to the presence of multiple leiomyomata,numerous nabothian cysts....
