What Does My Transvaginal Ultrasound Report Indicate?

I have had a pap test that shows abnormal. I had a pelvic and vaginal scan done, which in turn caused me to have a transvaginal ultrasound, due to fluid in the canal. Tomorrow my OBGYN is doing a biopsy. What questions do I need to ask. I have had one partner for 43 years, been quite healthy over my life time. Currently I am having a discharge that sometimes has bright red blood that gushes out, but only momentarily, then I have to use a pad to contain the discharge (I call it drainage) which is sometimes clear and then sometimes slightly pinkish or brownish but is transparent. I want to go in to this with possible information that will help me talk to the doctor informatively. Any thoughts?
