General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
From the findings you have posted about your ultrasound report, the following things can be inferred:
1. Uterus is normal in size and contour but with little thickening of uterine cavity lining (endometrium). There is no evidence of pregnancy.
2. Cervix appears to be normal.
3. Both the ovaries is showing multiple cysts which would indicate 'polycystic ovaries'.
4. Minimal free fluid in cul de sac is normal.
5. No other mass is seen in uterus or adjacent structures, which is normal.
Hence, not much to worry about as there is no gross abnormality detected.
In case there is delay in conception, it could be due to defective ovulation because of polycystic ovarian disease (PCOD).
It can be overcome by regulating your periods (if irregular) and induction of ovulation. Kindly visit Gynecologist for the management of the same.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
