General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* The ultrasound is suggestive of bilateral ovarian cyst lesion which in many cases is due to hormone imbalance of some sort affecting ovulation process and estrogen levels.

* There are specific molecules in terms of hormone control which will primarily control the cyst development and later on once the menses and rest of the stuffs are okay, one may proceed for the fertility approach as well.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
