Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
After going through the trans-vaginal ultrasound report you have posted, the following things can be inferred:
1. Uterus and uterine cavity are normal. Endometrium (lining of uterine cavity) is thin. Cervix is normal.
2. There are no other masses seen in the neighboring tissues besides uterine cavity.
3. Ovaries shows many cysts, with more in number on the left side. It can be said that you are having PCOD (Polycystic Ovarian Disease).
4. No fluid in cul de sac says there is no ovulation taken place recently.
PCOD is a treatable disease and nothing to worry about. It is known to cause irregular menstruation along with decreased fertility.
You need to take following measures, if you want to improve the chances of fertility.
1. Weight reduction by low carbohydrate intake and moderate exercise.
2. Regulation of hormonal imbalance by use of combined birth control pills.
3. Induction of ovulation by use of clomifen citrate and metformin.
4. Use of anti-androgenic drug like Spironolactone.
Kindly consult Gynecologist with the report for administration of above drugs in proper doses according to your needs by means of clinical assessment. You need to be prepared for frequent check-ups and follow up.
Hope the information provided would be useful.
All the best.
