Hi,

All through your titres are raised, they are not significantly raised. When the o or h antigen is raised by 160, the test is diagnostic of typhoid. Rise in titre is also diagnostic.

Previous infection or carrier state or recent vaccination can cause raised titres but the values would be very low similar to your titre values.

If you have fever and other symptoms, symptomatic treatment such as antipyretics and painkillers can be suggested.

Repeat titre can be taken to confirm any untoward rise in antigen levels based on which mode of treatment can be decided.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
