What Does My Ultrasound Report Indicate?

Heterogenous echotexture with focal fibroids. Right ovary measures 37 by 20 by 27mm with multiple cysts measuring 12 by 8 by 12, 7 by 6 by 6 mm and 9 by 5 by 8 mm. Left ovary 28 by 18 by 20 with separated cyst measuring 13 by 12 by 12 mm and a simple cyst measuring 8 by 9 by 9 mm. What does this mean? Could this be the reason I'm not getting pregnant

hi.

noted ultrasound report. you might be having a polycystic ovarian syndrome. it is best if you consult with a gynecologist for physical examination and clinical evaluation. and yes, it is a possibility that it's the reason why you're having difficulty in getting pregnant. management will be directed accordingly.

hope this helps.

good day!!
