What Does My Ultrasound Report Indicate?

a large well defined non enhancing thin wall hypodense cystis lesion measuring approximately 9.2X8.2X7.2 cm is seen in right adnexal region. Right Ovary is not seperately visualised from the lesion. No obvious enhancing solid component/septae/calcification/fat component is seen in lesion. what is this problem?

Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

Most probably you have large simple right ovarian cyst.
You need few more investigations like contrast CT scan of abdomen and tumour markers.
Treatment depend upon symptoms.
If it is causing symptoms then surgery can be done.
