1.The
biopsy is indicated if there is any suspicious growth or thickness in the endometrium.
2.Fibroids are generally benign aetiology does not need biopsy. The biopsy is confirmative as it will give the details about the nature of cells involved.
3.If it is negative, you are still symptomatic - operative treatment is suggested.
4.If positive, then further CT /
MRI is needed to evaluate the extension of the disease process and any
lymph nodal involvement.
5.Depending on your age and reproductive status -
hysterectomy will be treatment of choice.
