What Does My Ultrasound Report Suggest?

i had a ultrasound last niv 13, 2012. findings are: There is a complex mass with thick septa seen to be arising from the right ovary measuring about 6.1 x 6.1 x 6.1 cm with volume around 120.48 ml. On doppler study, there is no abnormal vascularity detected.

Hello,

I think that this is a simple para ovarian cyst so I would advice a CA 125 test , if this comes normal there is nothing to worry.
