What Does My Ultrasound Report Suggest?

ultrasound result for abdomen and pelvis showed right ovary 31*18*18mm vol 5 to 6 cc and left ovary 31*24*29 mm vol 11 to 12 cc. also multiple small follicles 3 to 5 mm predominantly arranged peripherally in right ovary - polyscystic sonomorphology of right ovary. what does this mean and does this mean I have PCOS

You are suffering from polycystic ovarian disease involving right ovary.However it should be further confirmed by hormone assay and clinical correlation.
This is a common disease among females and can be easily managed by medicines.It is not serious at all.
Surgical intervention is required in very few cases.
You should consult your gynecologist.
