Radiologist 's  Response
Hello

There are two dominant follicles in both ovaries but right follicle is more in size. Most likely right follicle will take part in ovulation as its size is almost on the verge of ovulation.
It is difficult to comment upon twin pregnancy. It need follow up ultrasound. You should wait till next missed period and then ultrasound.Ultrasound can detect number of G-sac i,e number of pregnancy.

hi, dr. boskey gandhi is here, in your report, your both ovaries have mature ovum, which can release any time, & if it get sperm within 24hrs, after release, chances of pregnancy will increase, so daily intercourse up to 18 days increase chances of pregnancy, all the best, be relax! !!!!!!
