What Does My Ultrasound Scan Report Indicate?

U.sscan Single, live and active fetus is noted Presentation is cephalic Fetal age as per BPD(6 cm) and FL(4.1 cm) is about 24 weeks Liqour is adequate Placenta on the left side and extends inferiorly abutting adjacent to the internal os No apparent fetal anomaly is detected Fetal heart rate is about 140 beats per minute Breech presentation

I have gone through your question.
Ultrasound scan of 24 weeks is absolutely normal. Bpd biparietal diameter FL femur length heart rate all are in normal range.
You mentioned earlier cephalic presentation and later breech is confusing the report.
So make it confirm otherwise all things are normal.
