What Does My Ultrasound Scan Report Indicate?

Hi i would like to know what does my ultra sound mean...

The uterus is retroverted with regular contour and homogenous myometrium
The cervix is closed and homogenous
The endometrium is thick and hyperechoic with few cystic spaces within
The left ovary is lateralto the uterus. One follicle noted within measuring 1.28 x 1.20 x 0.62cm
The right ovary is lateral to the uterus and normal in appearance with very few small follicles
No free fluid cul de sac

Thank you

Hello

Major ultrasound findings are thickened endometrium with few cystic spaces within.
You may need clinical correlation and endometrial biopsy.
Thickened endometrium may be due to both benign or malignant reasons.
Only biopsy can assess true nature of thickening and it is most important for management.

Rest of the findings are normal. There are few physiological follicles in both ovaries.
uterus and cervix are also normal.

Get well soon.
Take Care
