What Does My Ultrasound Scan Report Indicate?

hi i am 29 yrs. old anteverted uterus measured 4.8x5.2x4.0cm with homogenous myometrial echotexture my endometrium is 0.70 cm.-thin and hyperechoic, right ovary 3.6x3.0x2.0 cm - with more than 12 subcapsular follicies the the largest measure is 0.96 cm. left ovary is 3.0x2.4x1.7 cm. with more than 12 subcapsular follicies the largest measure is 0.72 cm what does it mean?can u please help me ...ur help is higly appreciated.....many thanks
