What Does My Ultrasound Scan Report Indicate?

we try to conceive since 9 months. now this is my ultra sound report what it means? Uterus Anteverted, normal in size. No uterine mass. Endometrial thickness measures 8mm. Ovaries Visualized & normal Irregular collapsed follicle in left ovary with surrounding vascularity streak of free fluid ruptured follicle.

This is normal ultrasound examination with evidence of ovulation from the left ovary.

The uterus and its lining are normal. Both ovaries are normal. The collapsed follicle seen in the left ovary is a sign of normal ovulation with extrusion of the ovum into the uterus.
