What Does My Ultrasound Scan Report Indicate?

I am disabled and sit in a wheelchair. The circulation in my lower legs is very good (had an ultrasound recently to verify it) however I do have swelling occasssionally. The end of July I developed a sore approx 1/4 inch, on the outside of my ankle, that just would not heal. No idea where it came from. I have seen 3 primary doctors and 2 dermatologists, and 3 wound care nurses. Been treated with 4 different antibiotics, an uniboot for 3weeks, antibiotic ointments, a compounded cream, and had 2 cultures done.......and the results of today are..........I now have MRSA and they want me back on Bactrum antibiotic and the sore is now approx 1 1/2 inches and seeping pus, and looking horrible. What is your suggestion, and what is the appropriate type of doctor to see for this? I am tired of the run around while it continues to get worse.
