What Does My Ultrasound Scan Report Indicate?

Hi Doctor, I am 28 years old, I get my periods every month . My cycle is 25 days, but sometimes it is early as well like 22-23 days. I am trying to conceive since last 1 year. After unsuccessful attempts I did utrasound and now I have cysts on my ovary.the doctor has given me Ova Mit tables to take from day 2 to 6 of menses. Any other thing I need to take ? Thanks

Hi welcome to the health care magic

You have been prescribed clomiphene citrate tablet for induction of ovulation

Hence it might not be simple ovarian cyst but seems to be polycystic ovarian disease in which this drug is prescribed

If needed to regularize period Hormonal pill also prescribed....

Reduce weight if you are obese

Kindly inform your USG report or send attachment for giving further comment
Check your husband semen analysis as well

Take care

If you can't conceive with all these treatment then assisted reproductive techniques will be beneficial
