What Does My Ultrasound Scan Report Indicate?

Male, 21 year old heroin addict, broke needle 1/2 long into arm on march 9th.  Went to emergency room because needle site was sore. Ultra sound showed no needle located at injection site. Blood test showed:  Elevated glucose level, positive inflammation, hemoglobin and blood plates all tested low.  Also echocardiogram showed no endocarsitis, chest x-ray was clear. Also had rash on neck, back, and torso along with a temp of 103.5  Any ideas or information, suggestions, next steps that should take you could give me would be appreciated. Have dr.s appointment tomorrow, if there any questions I should ask the dr. on my visit, I would appreciate if you could inform me of what they would be.
So much for that, sorry you wont help me because I don't have a credit card, so much for Hippocratic oath you took, money talks, illness walks......hope you feel good about that. -His worried mother- hope you don't have children

I think you have to do an X ray, because it is more easy to find the needle if it is there. If it is not than you have to check for trombophlebytis, which is very common in drug addicted people.
