What Does My Ultrasound Scan Report Indicate?

Hi I had my ultrasound this morning and here s the result. The uterus is retroverted measures 4.2 x 4.9 x 3.6 cms with smooth contour, The endometrium is thickened measuring 1.5 cms with clear border, The cervix measures 2.9 x 1.9 cms, The right ovary measures 1.9 x 1.7 cms, The left ovary measures 2.5 x 1.7 cms with PERIPHERALLY-LINED ANECHOIC CYSTS WITH CENTRAL DENSE STROMA, no free fluid in the cul-de-sac. What thus this mean

Hi, your ultra sonogram report seems to infer Left Ovarian Cyst with out any surrounding inflammation. if you have pain you meet your gynaecologist because there is a chance of twisted ovarian cyst due to central aroma heaviness. It's an emergency. Take care
