What Does My Ultrasound Scan Report Indicate?

My husband has a swollen gland in his arm pit and in his groan area. They did an ultra sound. I saw the 2 black masses on the screen. They are calling for a biopsy. We are not being told very much at this point. IS a biopsy the next logical step? Will that proceedure determine the results? Does this sound like lymphnoma?
