What Does My Ultrasound Scan Test Report Indicate?

I have been ill for over 8 months now my doctor several blood tests a heart test a urine test an ultra sound and he told me all my organs are good and that my blood is good. but when I get up in the morning I shake for two to three hours I have lost over thirty pounds. My appetite is terrible and I am very emotional. I can not do normal housework or my body starts shaking all over.This is not normal and quit frankly I am scared, at first I could not walk one block,without getting out of breathe. One day I ask the Doctor why do I shake he replied did you drink when you were younger I said yes that I was a social drinker.I have not drank for a long long time also I scare real easy if my son or anyone surprises me my pulse goes really fast and I start shaking or if my son gets angry at me I start crying.It really bothers me that I can not do my housework. Can anyone help me? concerned I am 71 years old.
