General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Your USG report suggests contracted gall bladder. This might be due to normal physiological contraction while releasing bile in intestines for digestion. It can be due to inflammation or infection of gall bladder
(suggested by pain, fever, nausea, vomiting, faulty digestion).

There are some stones formed in kidney. It needs to be flushed out and prevented in the future. A small cyst is formed in kidney. This is a small fluid containing cyst on or in kidney. Most of the times, it is asymptomatic but can cause serious complication in few cases. Hence, you need a consultation with a nephrologist to clear the doubt. Shrunken uterus is normal at your age (after many years post menopause).

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
