What Does My Ultrasound Scan Test Report Indicate?
Hello doc! I went for US at 32w4d and scan Edd 13/0/2015. Bpd:85.4mm Hc:298.8mm Ac:288.3mm Fl:60.4mm Efbw 2.2kg. The placenta is anterior (grade 2) and clear off the internal os,which is closed Amniotic fluid volume is adequate Conclusion :breech presentation Pls doc can u explain dis to me?

Your antenatal findings suggests normal findings.
Position of fetus is breech means fetal buttock is towards maternal pelvis,It is also a normal position of fetus.
Maturity of fetus is 32 weeks 4 days.
Placenta is anterior in position with grade II maturity.
Estimated fetal weight by ultrasound is 2.2 kg
It is normal that internal os is closed.
Liquor is also adequate in amount.
In short,findings are normal
