General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

A very small stone is present in your right kidney. Kidneys have 3 calyxes due to location-upper, middle and lower. It is there in the lower one. It is small so is not causing any significant blockade to the urinary outflow so no expanding and dilatation of kidney tubules is seen.
It is so small that it can be flushed out by hydrotherapy and medical management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. AJEET SINGH, General & Family Physician
