What Does My Ultrasound Scan Test Result Indicate?

I have hypothyroidism, for which I take 175mcg daily. I had pregnancy ultrasound today that showed fetal age 6weeks and bradycardia 64bpm. This was a religious free clinic and the nurse offered no direction. I have no spotting, nor pain. What should I do next?

Hi welcome to health care magic....

You are taking high dose of levothyroxine for hypothyroidism....
Your TSH report should be done first accordin to which further dose adjustment of levothyroxine has to be done..

In pregnancy to avoid any complications desirable level of TSH is between two to three.....

Regular follow up needed....

Advise : Consult endocrinologist if available nearby or follow your treating gynecologist advise according to examination....

Take care
