What Does My Ultrasound Test Report Indicate?

Hi, my name is Mary Ann Banaag from Philippines, Im 42 years old, I never drink alcohol, but I drink softdrinks seldom, based on my ultrasound by OB sonologist, there is fluid in my stomach that s why it s big, I thought I m pregnant, she referred me to gastro. The doctor advised me to have CT scan or ultrasound in abdomen to see where the fluid comes from, he advised me to avoid salty foods, is there possibility that I have kidney problem

You have not clearly mentioned the imaging report but from the history given here it sound like Ascites and if this is so then the underlying cause of this need to be known at earliest and should not be taken as granted, take care.
