As per my clinical experience, there can be various reasons for calcific foci in kidney as calculus, gravels, primary or secondary calcinosis from various reasons. Kindly provide me all details of report of ultrasound and if any blood or urine tests results also to conclude the definite possibilities and possible management guidelines as well.
