What Does My Ultrasound Test Result Indicate?

I had an ultrasound two months ago it s report says two separate endrometrial cavities separated by mainstream in upper part of uterus suggestive of.separate?bicornuate uterus. Dominent follicle seen in right ovary. Kindly suggest any complications that I may have related.to this .

Yes dear. U have a congenital deformity called septate or bicornuate uterusthis that means you have 2 uterus. And your right one is dominant. It will not effect your fertility but can cause abortion on pregbancy. You need a surgery to correct
