General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

You have RBC, PUS cell in urine. Your symptoms could be due to UTI/cystitis, stone and tumor in urinary tract. Stone generally associated with pain. I would suggest to consult urologist and undergo urine routine, microscopic, culture, sensitivity test, USG scan and cystoscopy if needed. Specific treatment will depend on cause.

UTI require: antibiotic, tablet Pyrdium and syrup Cital. Drink plenty if water and juice of cranberry, orange and pineapple. Stone treatment depend on severity and size: diuretic will help to remove small stone, large stone require lithotripsy.

Hope this may help you.Contact further if follow up needed.

Best regards,
Dr. Sagar
