What Does My Urinalysis Result Indicate?

Hello dr. My results in my urinalysis are ; Color: Dark Yellow Tranparency: Slightly Turbid Specific Gravity: 1.030 PH: 5.0 Glucose: Negative (-) Protein: Positive (+1) Ephithelian cell: Occasional Mucus Threads: Abundant WBC/Puss cells : 5-8 Bacteria: Few Crystals: Calcium Oxalate - Moderate Can you please give me an insight of what this means thank you.

Hi welcome to HCM...

Calcium oxalate crystal can be seen in uribe normally also ...

Here significant finding is presence of pus cells and protein in urine ...

Clinical correlation is necessary ....

USG abdomen done to rule out stone if present ...

If burning micturition present than antibiotic full course given ....Culture of urine can be done to choose antibiotic....

Potassium citrate like urinary alkalizer can be used ..

More water taken....

Avoid excess spicy foods. ...

Fruit juice more .

Take care
