What Does My Urine Analysis Report Indicate?

I just want to ask if what does this urinalysis result mean: Color-yellow Transparency-clear Reaction-5.0 Specific gravity-1.015 Suagar-negative Protein-negative Pus cells-2-4/hpf Rbc-0-3/hpf Epithelial cells-moderate Urates/phosphates-occasional Bacteria-occasional Thank you very much..

Thank you for asking the question.
Regarding your urine report. Reaction shows acidic pH which is normal. Colour is yellow which is normal urine colour. Sugar and protein negative means they are not present which is also normal. Regarding RBC which is absent means no blood present. Urate/phosphate means indicate substance for stone formation. Bacteria indicate infection.
Overall normal report.
