+Hi Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...
No this urinalysis report is not normal to a pregnant woman. Presence of 10-15 pus cells, many
epithelial cells & 1-2 red blood cells in urine indicate
Urinary tract infection in you.
However Urinary tract infection (UTI) is a common problem in pregnancy due to influence of hormone which increases the chance of infection. There is also
urinary retention in bladder due to pressure of growing uterus which predisposes to UTI.
Urinary tract infection should be kept checked & under control as Untreated infections may lead to kidney infections which could lead to
premature labor,
low birth weight & other serious complication. Therefore, Urinary tract and kidney infections in pregnant women should be treated to prevent complications.
You could increase the intake of water to minimum 8-10 glasses of water & maintain good hygiene. These would help to check the infection
Refer to your gynecologist as soon as possible
