General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi Uzair,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
The urine report says most of the things are normal. Blood reports says that there could be an acute infection or recovery from it as neutrophils are little higher than normal.
Since urine is positive for amorphous urates with turbidity and deposits, the symptoms what you are experiencing suggests that you could be having renal calculi (kidney stones).
Kindly get an ultrasound scan of abdomen done. In case it states that you have renal calculi, then you need to consult Urologist for its appropriate management.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
