My urinalysis clinical microscopy results read as follows: macroscopic color yellow, appearnace turbid, sugar negative, reaction alkaline, specific gravity 1.010, albumin negative. Micrscopic pus cells 25-30/hpf, red cells 3-6/hpf, epithelial cells (++), mucus thread (+), crytals a.phosphates: (+)

Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.

You have not mentioned your age, sex, problem you are facing and for how many days , anyway this report is suggestive of urinary tract infection which also requires culture of urine and other evaluation to know precipitating factor and management for urinary tract infection.
