What Does My Vaginal Ultrasound Scan Report Indicate?

hi , i had my last period on 24.10.14, i took my home test on 27.11.14 . i took my trans vaginal ultrasound scan on 1.1.15 the report said the the fetus had no heart beat and it was 6.4 days old measuring 6.5 mm, the sac is measuring 29 mm.Iam asked to take a scan 3 days later .... the report says it is an early pregnancy failure. I had no bleeding or spotting no cramps as well. PLEASE GIVE ME SOME ADVICE

Hello

Fetal heart beat should be detected by this time.TVS(trans vaginal sonography)is very sensitive to pick fetal heart beat/viability in early age.
You are rightly advised for follow up scan.It allows to assess further progression of pregnancy.
If fetal heart beat is still not detected in follow up scan then it can be considered as blighted ovum/missed abortion.

So,you should wait till next scan.
