Dear Ma'am, Hi & Welcome.

Based on the given report of the ultrasound scan you seem to be having small sized fibroids in the uterus.

Uterine fibroids are noncancerous growths of the uterus that often appear during childbearing years. For most of the women they don't cause any symptoms as such.

Primolut-N (Norethisterone) is a hormone that works by controlling the menstrual bleeding but it does not reduce the fibroid size.

Generally it is a safer medication and well tolerated, however it can cause
irregular menstrual periods, enlargement of breasts, stomach discomfort and pain, weight gain, acne, facial hair growth, anxiety, irritability, and depression.

Further, there is no impairment of fertility in women after discontinuing Primolut-N.

Hope I could answer your queries.
