Hlo sir i m sanjay . I have fever before 2 days . Today i go to hospital and doctor must says u have do widal test .. after that i done this test. And my reports is Widal test O ... 1:40 H.... 1:80 AH .... 1:80 BH....... 1:80 Plese define what does it means.... ??????

Hello,

Your vidal test is negative which means that you do not have typhoid according to this vidal test. Let me tell you that usually vidal test is negative at this early stage of infection and you have fever for only two days.

Typhi dot IgM is a rapid and reliable test for a rapid diagnosis of typhoid in early stages.
So I suggest that either you talk to your doctor regarding this test or you can straightaway order this test yourself to a lab. It will certainly confirm the diagnosis.
