Hi . 3 days ago i given blood for widal test . i got report. The below are the report details. 1:20,1:40,1:80,1:160 typhi O. : + + + - typhi H. : + + + - paratyphi AH. : - - - - paratyphi BH. : - - - - What is this mean.

1:20,1:40,1:80,1:160 typhi O. : + + + - typhi H. : + + + - report suggests titre up 1:80 positive for typhoid infection and it has clinical significance.
Sometime during first week of infection titre may remain upto 1:80.
I would suggests repeat the test after 5-7 days.
Take following advises:
Tablet azithromycin
Tablet paracetamol
Tablet rantac
Tablet supradyn
Take light light and drink plenty of water, and take home made fresh juice.
Avoid outside food and water.
