Hello dear I understand your concern 1:20,1:40,1:80,1:160 typhi O. : + + + - typhi H. : + + + - report suggests titre up 1:80 positive for typhoid infection and it has clinical significance. Sometime during first week of infection titre may remain upto 1:80. I would suggests repeat the test after 5-7 days. Take following advises: Tablet azithromycin Tablet paracetamol Tablet rantac Tablet supradyn Take light light and drink plenty of water, and take home made fresh juice. Avoid outside food and water. Hope this may help you
