What Does Nausea After Meal And Lack Of Appetite Suggest?

I haven t really had an appetite lately and after I eat a meal I ll often feel like I m going to be sick, I don t really know why. It s only after a meal though I ll want to eat more but stop myself because I feel like I m going to be sick but my stomach will tell me that I need to eat more, but it s only after meals. When I snack I don t feel like that at all.
