What Does Nausea Along With Vomiting, Chills And Headaches Indicate?

I think I might be coming down with the flu. My symptoms are : nausea w/vomiting, chills, aching muscles and joints, headache, fatigue, light sinus drip, loss of appetite, and dizziness. I am still at work so I have not taken my temp. What do you think ?

Hello,

I think you are getting flu and you explained exactly all flu symptoms. At this point, you should take any OTC flu medications such Tylenol.
