What Does Nausea, Bloating And Clot Discharge During Urination Indicate?

I haven t had my period since February 9th. I have been having symptoms such as nausea, food cravings, heartburn, bloating, mood swings, and more. Took 3 hpt and all said negative. For the past two days every other time I pee there will be one tiny clot with a little pink. But never becomes a flow. What could it mean?

Thank you for following up.There are different causes may be:
-Low level of estrogens;
-Hormonal dysbalance( thyroid problems,post stress syndrome,etc)
-Lack of fitoestrogens in food
-Inflammation, infection.
I suggest-
1.Check blood for FSG,estradiol,do ultrasound.
2.Consult your gynecologist.
3.You might require a hormonal replacement therapy.
